Returns Policy

Returns from U.S. Locations

Blue Revival will gladly accept merchandise returns for an online order within 30 days from the date of delivery.  We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.  All tags must be attached.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.  No returns will be credited back that do not meet the above criteria.  

To return an item, please email customerservice@bluerevival.com to request a Return Label. Please provide your order number, the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return request. Our customer service will send a USPS Return Label via email that must be used to ship the merchandise being returned. Simply affix the label to the outside of the carton and drop off at your local USPS Store or Drop Off location.  For questions related to Returns email customerservice@bluerevival.com.

Processing of refunds will take 7 to 10 business days from receipt of returned goods.

Upon receipt of the returned items, Blue Revival reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. We will refund your account in full for the amount of item(s) returned.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  We appreciate your cooperation, acceptance and compliance when requesting merchandise returns. 

International Returns

Returns for all non-U.S. locations must first contact CustomerService@bluerevival.com for a Return Authorization form.  This form must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All return freight and duty charges are the responsibility of the person making the return.
